Shipping & Returns 

Click and Collect

Pick ups are available from Dallington, Christchurch. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection which will include the pick up  address and times available.

Shipping Policy

I use NZ Post Courier or Aramex for courier delivery as they include tracking automatically. This is non-signature but I am happy to write instructions for leaving your parcel if you wish. Usually your order will be picked and packaged between 9am and 5pm on the day the order is placed and pick up ordered with the courier. Courier pickup is usually within the next 24 hours during week days and if orders are placed on a Friday or the weekend then they should be with a courier on the following Monday.

Aramex delivery within the South Island is usually the day after pickup. Delivery to the North Island is usually an additional day. RD (rural) delivery usually takes an additional day.

NZ Post Courier usually have next day delivery with an additional day for RD.

In these uncertain times we can’t guarantee that they can always stick to their usual delivery promises.

I will always notify you of the courier service provider and your tracking number so that you can follow the process.

Return & Exchange
Policy

Refund Policy

I do my best to package in a way that will keep your items safe, but if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact me and I will be happy to arrange a replacement.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to get in touch to let me know you are returning the product.

The product needs to be returned within 10 days of your receiving it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original condition and packaging. 

Please contact me before returning the item/s and I will provide any necessary details.

All returns are to be at the cost of the purchaser unless your item is faulty. 

You will be given the option of a credit with the store or a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
